I had a fantastic stay at Chateau Puygrenier in Villefranche-de-Lonchat. From the moment I arrived, Laura, the hostess, made me feel incredibly welcome. the building itself is stunning, and the pool was a welcome relief during the hot weather. I had the whole floor to myself, including two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was perfect for my family. Laura's attention to detail and kindness really made my stay special. She even helped me book a wonderful dinner at a nearby restaurant and a tour and wine tasting at a nearby Grand Cru Classe St Emillion Chateau, which exceeded my expectations. the breakfast in the yard was a lovely touch, and I appreciated being able to take my time and enjoy it. I would love to come back and stay longer next time. Thank you, Laura, for a wonderful experience!
Nothing to complain about at all. 😀.

I recently had an amazing Christmas stay at a charming French countryside guesthouse. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, providing useful information about the nearby attractions and restaurants. The property itself was elegant and full of character, with a beautiful pool area and a cozy fireplace that made the perfect holiday setting. The best part was the delicious home-cooked meals made from fresh local produce, including a mouth-watering Christmas dinner that made the festive season truly special.
That the weather was quite cold and it took a while for the rooms to warm up, but the warm blankets and cozy fireplace made up for it. , the guesthouse was located quite far from the city, but this actually turned out to be an advantage, as it allowed me to enjoy the beautiful countryside and sample some of the region's best wines.

Spent my easter holidays in the French countryside. the location was ideal, with easy access to explore surrounding villages and vineyards. Breakfast was decent and the coffee was particularly good. the hosts were very friendly, providing lots of recommendations on places to visit. the grounds were also lovely to stroll around in and quite peaceful.
The room I stayed in was a bit cramped and wasn't properly ventilated, which made it quite stuffy. the bed wasn't particularly comfortable and I struggled to sleep well.
